Jeffrey Fashion Cares 2017

So last night was Jeffrey Fashion Cares, my most favorite Atlanta Fashion Event of all time! It’s the closest thing to a New York Fashion Week Show south of the Hudson River. Jeffrey Kalinsky  the creator of two namesake boutiques in Atlanta and Manhattan, along with Event Chairs Lila Hertz, Jeffrey McQuithy and Louise Sams produced the official kick-off to the fall social season: the event celebrated its 25th anniversary and included a reception followed by a live auction and runway show featuring Kalinsky’s style selections from high-end designers such as Gucci, Celine, Christian Dior, Givenchy, Valentino, Dries van Noten, Saint Laurent Paris, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin and Manolo Blahnik. Velvet and Red seemed to be reoccurring themes during the show. Just to brag on Jeffery and the fabulous co-chairs for a moment… in the last 25 years Jeffrey Fashion Cares has raised over 15 million dollars for AIDS and Breast Cancer research! Thank you and Bravo!! So what did I wear? Something a little edgy but at the same time minimalist, and of course I found it at  Jeffrey! The skirt’s ruffled ball chain hem is fantastic, and the bottom that is slightly sheer, adds a little excitement.
