Hi, I’m Vickie Kirbo

Combining high and low priced Fashion

Born and raised in Atlanta, Vickie Kirbo is a style consultant as well as a fashion and lifestyle blogger  She appears 1-2 monthly onAtlanta’s NBC Affiliate WXIA’s  Atlanta & Company discussing the latest fashion. Vickie has always loved creating looks for others incorporating a variety of priced pieces that result in an impeccable look. In addition, she also has clients she helps with closet organization and styling.

On KirbYourStyle, I research trends from the runways of Fashion Weeks and translate them into wearable Southern Style. I post brands I love, and specialize in combing high and lower priced pieces that equal a fabulous look. I link all shopping sites so my readers do not have to do the work.

Although she officially launched Kirb Your Style in 2015, Vickie has been helping friends, family and clients with personal styling and shopping for many years.

“Everyone should feel great about their look and outfit choice each day. This is not a result of how much money you spend on an outfit, but rather taking what you already own, what you can afford to buy, and using it to fit your body type and personality… voila, you just created your very own personal style!” Learn More about her styling services

Vickie loves to shop (obviously), travel, workout and follow a healthy diet except for when Mexican food is involved. She loves a good glass of Rose or Sancerre. When she’s not shopping or blogging, you can find her with her husband of 24 years, Tom and their two children, Scott (18) and Mary Cate (13). Frequently making guest appearances on the blog are her yellow Lab, Bo and Dachshund Lexi whom she adores.

On KYS, I’ll share my favorite places to shop in Atlanta and online, how to put together high-low outfits, and other little tricks to look your best on a full-time mom schedule.Vickie Kirbo 2015 with sonMany women I talk to find it challenging to put together an outfit if nothing special is going on.  I believe, when you find the joy in it, you’ll get excited to get dressed in the morning, mix and match accessories, and walk around in shoes that make you feel confident.

Whether it’s styling a client, attending an event, running errands, taking the kids from to and from school, sweating it out in an exercise class, or making dinner, you’ll find me wearing something I love.  I’ll post my days and experiences #KirboStyle.

Starting a fashion blog is something I have wanted to do for years. Fashion and style make me happy. I hope KirbYourStyle reaches those who share my love of fashion and appreciate my personal style. Every day is an opportunity to show others your style, take advantage of it.        New York Trends In Southern Style
